Find Your Meadow Size

Measure your feet — not your memory. If you haven't measured since having children, your size has very likely changed.

Step 1 — Measure your feet (2 minutes)

  1. In the evening (feet are at their largest), stand on a piece of paper with your full weight
  2. Trace around both feet with a pen held upright
  3. Measure the longest length (heel to longest toe) and the widest width
  4. Use your larger foot — almost everyone has one

Step 2 — Find your size

The Meadow should be about 1cm longer than your foot, so your toes can spread naturally as you walk. The chart below already includes that room — just find your measured foot length.

Between sizes? Go up, not down. With a barefoot shoe, slightly roomy works — slightly tight defeats the whole point.

Step 3 — Check your width

The Meadow's toe box is already much wider than a standard trainer, so most feet fit their length-based size. Use your width measurement as a cross-check:

9.5 cm or under take your length-based size
9.6 – 10.5 cm take your length-based size — this is the exact foot shape the Meadow is built for
over 10.5 cm go up one size for extra room across the forefoot
The post-baby rule of thumb: if you haven't measured your feet since having children, expect to land half a size to a full size above what you've been buying. That's not the chart being generous — that's your actual feet.
